Nishal/ Rav Narayan misrepresents himself as a contractor. He began our commercial project, did not pull any permits, did not complete anything to building codes and did NOT pay ANY of his subcontractors. When I asked for an evaluation of his costs he rushed at (im a girl) and threatened me repeatedly in public in front of my business.
We paid him 3 payments of $11,725 which he kept. 20% of the total project wat 'completed' after 2.5 months and the work needed to be demolished which cost another $5000.
This person is absolutely a crook and needs to never be able to step foot in a construction site. He manipulates and threatens people. He knows nothing about construction and has a pretty good scam going. His negligence and criminal intent in scamming us will cost us approximately $100,000 in total.
I have pictures of his terrible work and can upload then at a later day.
You can't trust someone who makes his mom pick up garbage. Absolutely a criminal in all senses of the word. Suppliers, sub contractors and owners beware!
