Please get this company off your site. This company asked for payment of materials up front and we gave them the money. Since then he has lied about everything.. He tore out the old deck, told me he had the new deck engineered and a permit taken out with the City of Red Deer. We went to City Hall and they have nothing reported. He gave me a phony, stupid engineered drawing. He will not answer any phone calls, he agreed to give our deposit back less the costs he incurred tearing out the old deck. He has now disappeared with almost 9000.00 of our money and not giving us our deposit back. He told me he had all the materials for the deck and roof, but he has never paid for the materials and has never picked them up. He showed us an e-mail that he received from Alberta First Call that the gas line was no problem to go ahead and dig the pilings. Alberta First Call showed up a week later saying they did not send this e-mail to him. He is a liar and cheat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We now have no deck and no money paid back to us.
