Pleased that some customers have had positive experiences with this company. Ours is less than satisfying. We ordered our doors on July 16, 2021 costing $15,361.06 for double doors. Initial installation of doors and mechanical gear took place October 21, 2021. However, we are still waiting for companies’ final installation and it’s been over a year. 17 months later as we wait patiently while we call the company weekly trying to secure a date for the final installation. Twice we have been given a date but each time was a no show. When I call to ask why our appointment was missed I never receive an answer or an apology. We have missed medical appointments, social events, change holiday schedules to accommodate the installers. We are beyond frustrated. If you purchase their service, be sure that their products are available and their timeline realistic to your needs.
