Dob the Builder was hired to build a custom home. He over charged and cut cornors at every stage of the build. He is being sued and Tarion is proceeding with charges as well. Save yourself the legal headache and go with a professional. His staff is constantly changing which is a red flag. What should have been a red flag is that he does not have one reference he can provide or a home he built that he can show you. His claim was his customers are not comfortable having people come to their own. He had a track record of overcharging and cutting corners.
