Repairing the basement from the flood may have been as much work and cost as doing the job from scratch. Not only ripping out the old flooring, trim, and carefully cutting the wet drywall out, but they also corrected many mistakes made from the original construction. They also corrected some problems with an uneven cement basement floor (which isn't uncommon), and compensated for some laminate flooring that was cut too short with trim work.
The end result is a professional quality job through out. Blending in the new bottom drywall with the old was done so well the only way one would know it was repaired is looking at the wall from an unfinished room. The trim, and paint, Including the doors turned out great too. The trim is very important to the overall appearance.
While we should get a professional job from the pro's, I have had work done by professionals, Including the more expensive ones before that didn't measure up. Other's, like DR Construction still maintain a high level of workmanship. Which is harder to find these days.
Dylan is also very honest, I would have no problem leaving the house with him working inside.
