My kitchen faucet sprung a leak on a Saturday evening. I had no idea who to call. On a recommendation I contacted Tyler. I am very happy I did. He replaced my faucet and even did a couple of other adjustments under my sink. He cleaned up everything and even took my old faucet! He even had time to talk about some ideas I had for my laundry room. Tyler is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I am very happy with the work he did. I recommend Tyler and will definitely be using him again.

Tyler and crew got down and dirty today replacing our failed sewage pump. Tyler is straight up and knows exactly what’s going on. It was easy to work with him and understandable that he is so busy. With 100% effort put into all he does, don’t bother calling anyone else. He is worth the wait!!! Work was done quickly and everything cleaned up like nothing even happened. Excellent job!

Called drain right now because I had a clogged drain and a dishwasher that was backing up into it, Tyler showed up that, diagnosed the issue within minutes contractors I had hired obviously didn’t know how to do any plumbing, not to mention the drain had backed up and then froze, Tyler had it snaked, melted the ice and re did the plumbing in an hour. Great guy, great team, amazing work and super affordable would recommend to anyone and will be using Tyler again for any plumbing issues I have in my home.

This is the second time we have used the services of Tyler and his company Drain Right Now. I was equally as happy the second time as I was the first.

Not only was the work done effectiently and effectively it was also completed in a very timely manner.

In addition to the stellar plumbing work, he was very courteous and left the house as clean as when he found it; he even put the furniture cabinet back in place without even being asked once the work was completed! Tyler also showed empathy with the quote provided as my husband and I are both on disability.

It is rare in this day and age for people to take into account the individual's situation. We are most often all painted with the same brush (aka price). But not Tyler! He is not only a fabulous plumber, but a kind hearted man who shows devotion not only to his work, but also to his clients.

Do not use this service. After guaranteeing we would have our water back up and running properly he backed out AFTER turning all our water off, stating that he didn't think he could do the job????
