This company began my Deck Project in the summer of 2020. They spent the entire summer of 2021 giving me fake deadlines, and never completed the deck. It is August of 2022 now and the company has completely stopped answering me. I have been asking for proof they have even ordered the materials for the railings and they have ignored me. Avoid at all costs. They go by another name, The Deck Guys, and are on the Consumer protection list of Ontario. Jim and John are the owners of the company. I have literally called hundreds of times and have never once received a response. Most recently I have dealt with Kim who has been their most recent mouth piece. Stay far away from this company.

The Deck & Patio door / window project started sometime in April 2021 & was finished in December 2021. We were aware that similar & other projects were delayed in & around delayed for variety of reasons. We are now delighted that the project is over & our patience paid off. The quality & workmanship looks great & we hope, it will last for many years.

Do not hire this company. Jim Drakopoulos took my money and never showed to finish the job. Google search Drak Entreprises Inc and read the reviews. So many people are in the same boat. Beware!!

We were very pleased with the finished shed. It was exactly as we asked. The communication was great, we were kept updated daily to the schedule. The crews who worked on it were polite and respectful.

Drak had renovated 2 bathrooms for me during the pandemic, which presented a few challenges on its own. Rod worked tirelessly for the project to make sure we stayed on time and on budget. He was constantly in touch with updates. Thanks to Melanie all materials were eventually acquired when inventory ran low. Her suggestions work better than my original selections. Everyone came through with flying colours and I am extremely satisfied with how the bathrooms turned out. I would recommend Drak to anyone who is interested in doing a home reno.

Our property required a privacy fence and the deck required either replacing or rebuilding. At the time of estimate we did not know what would be discovered when the old deck boards were removed. Thankfully it was only new deck boards that needed to be replaced. The old frame was reinforced and the new boards were applied.

Due to Covid-19, obtaining materials was a bit trying and some weather issues broke the work schedule, but once the materials were obtained, everything went relatively smoothly. All involved had the knowledge and the skill to do a job they were expected to do. We received daily updates as to what to expect, which was appreciated.

Thanks to all involved we are able to enjoy our deck and the new fence offers the much needed privacy.

Would not only recommend, but if required, we would call on them again.

We needed a privacy panel added to our deck this spring and approached Drak Enterprises after reading positive reviews. We were hoping it could be done quickly as we wanted to get out and enjoy our backyard after a long winter.

They were able to give us a reasonable quote and the panel was completed within our timeframe. They also easily responded to our request to extend our downspout as an add-on to the project. The privacy panel is very well constructed and looks lovely. It exceeded our expectations.

We hope to have a new deck installed in 2022 and Drak Enterprises will most definitely be our contractor of choice!
