Dynamic Landscasping & Sealcoating

I was looking for someone to change my muddy backyard into a place that I could enjoy. I had tried for 3 years in a row to seed, but was never successful. Andre and his team did a wonderful job and I am looking forward to enjoying my backyard.

Andre Polermo and his crew were fantastic with turning our backyard space into an oasis. Andre was professional, courteous, and worked well with us to achieve our overall vision.

Andre has done some stone work for us in the past. We were in a tough situation where we needed a reliable landscaper to come in and clean up a mess from the previous landscaper recommended to us from the pool company. He helped to transform our backyard and get it into a perfect state.

What we love about Dynamic Sealcoating is the professionalism. Andre and his team, have loads of great design ideas that helped to make the landscaping project perfect. We would recommend him highly. We definitely will be using him in the future again.

Andrea is the biggest fraud, robbing Peter to pay Paul. I asked my Uncle for if he knew any good landscapers, he mentioned Andrea had issues handling his finances and timelines, and the work was ok, but suggested I get a quote from him, with a disclaimer, you get what you pay for. I was trying to keep costs low because my property was for investment purposes, so I decided to go ahead with Andrea based on sales game. First mistake paid him 10k upfront, don’t ever pay anyone up front, any professional company with a signed contract should be able to float their finances for material. Andrea is known for taking deposits and not producing any work and ghosting you when you call. He subs out fencing and doesn’t pay his trades, then the trades come knocking at your door. He disappeared for months after giving him money and finding out he never paid the subcontractor, then wanted more money to complete the job. Typical greedy money hungry unethical contractor. I’m almost certain majority of the good reviews are from friends and family. Being my biggest project I made a couple mistakes with two contractors, I never asked if they were performing the work themselves, Andrea being one of them. The other is also on Trusted Pros, Chris Watt/Turbides who goes by two names because of his history and legal action against him... He performed the cladding (brick work) another scammer who sub contracted and never paid his subcontractor and went ghost when calling him after paying a deposit. My GC and other trades will tell you they were paid every dime, I even paid some money to Andrea’s subcontractor because he was not answering his calls and out of respect I paid him and will not mention his name. Karma, although these short sighted contractors got 10-15k between the two of them and I cut my losses, my home still sold for the highest sq ft in high park. I’m ready for court and a class action lawsuit whenever Andrea stops hiding.

i hired Andre Palermo to do interlocking and porch refacing.i found that Andre and his crew were highly experienced and professional when it came to my needs when it came to price ideas and product.He was promt and hard working when he said he was gonna start the job.the quality of workmanship from Andre and his crew are next to none. in the end i got exactly what i asked for and some and for the price i asked for.I highly recommend the professional and courteous work of Andre Palermo and company for a job well done.i get nothing but compliments on the job.Thanks Andre for a great experience.

Had the pleasure of hiring Dynamic/landscaping. Andrea and the crew were professional and amazing. With there help and added ideas to our backyard oasis my wife and myself got what we wanted and more. I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping and making there home oasis come true. We just want to thank Dynamic for there hard work and especially for letting us enjoy our summer in our backyard oasis.

We hired Andrea back in August of 2017 to do some landscaping and stone work at our house. He told us that all of the work would be completed by the end of the fall season, a year later the work is still not completed. For the past two months there has been no communication from Andrea regarding the unfinished work that he promised would have been finished last year. At the beginning he requested a 25% deposit to begin the project. He would show up for 2-3 hours one day asking for additional money, saying he needs to buy more materials, etc. And then he wouldn't show up again for a couple of weeks without any known or valid reason. Everytime we reached out to Mr. Palermo, he would promise that the work would we completed the following week and then would never show up. He then proceeded to request for more money in order for him to complete the work. At the end of November of last year we ended up paying the full amount requested by Andrea, he ended up only completing about 30% of the project. He said due to weathering conditions he would be back to work in the spring, as soon as the weather improved. Of course this didn't happen and we were still waiting for when he would show up to work. Mr. Palermo then claimed we did not pay him the full amount and again requested more money. We payed the full amount by the contract and Andrea was still requesting more money claiming that the unfinished work costed more money. We have had enough and are extremely frustrated with his service and the time this project is taking to be completed. A year later and only 50% of the work is completed. We reached out to Mr.Palermo and gave him one more week to complete this project or return the remaining money for the unfinished work. He then replied saying he does not offer money back. And again did not show up in that week to finish work. Since then it has been 2 months and we still have no reply and no explanation from Andrea.

We strongly recommend avoiding hiring and or going into any sort of business with Mr. Palermo, we especially recommend avoiding paying the project cost 100% in advance without seeing the work completed properly, and to your liking.

Very poor job. They did not put compacted limestone under the stones, just wrecked gravel and put stones on top. The stones til alive after a year. Sanded myself 3 times already to seal gaps - need to do it again and just one year passed. They also left my garage open when I was away and cut stones near the entrance - still trying to clean all my staff from fine stone dust (one year passed already). My neighbour's driveway done few month earlier with another contractors looks way better. Another my neighbour (who has the "trustedpros" as contractors 5 years earlier than me) have the whole driveway cracked already - again very poor job. Never will hire again or refer to anyone, be aware.

To answer the below reply. Photo is not from my property. In one month grass started growing between the stones. Sanded twice in first couple of months and sealed. Still loose stones - ground was NOT compacted. After 3 additional sandings still need more - gaps between stones keep growing. It may look more or less OK for about a week after job is completed - and then you will regret for sure.

I hired Dynamic to replace a crumbling front porch, stairs and railing. I secured a number of quotes before deciding to work with Andrea. Andrea is experienced, knowledgeable and well connected to a variety of trades to ensure he is able to take care of all aspects of the job. He took my budget seriously, and came in exactly as quoted. I even decided to renovate the backyard patio at the same time - and Andrea was able to come up with a beautiful design that I'd not have thought of on my own. In total, Andrea managed a new front and back porch (stone work and cement), wrought iron railings, landscaping, electrical/lighting, gas hook up for bbq and fire pit, seal coating. He did what he said he would do, and for the quoted price. His team is pleasant, courteous and everyone left the site as neat as possible. Many neighbours have complimented his work!
