Ryan and his crew did an amazing job from beginning to end! Ryan was engaged in the planning, the worksite was meticulously cleaned at the end of each day, he kept me informed regularly on progress, and completed the project right on schedule and budget...no surprises! I highly recommend Ryan and his team.

The act of providing excellent customer service is becoming a lost art, but Ryan at e3 Construction sure knows how to do it.
I have a rental property and my tenants did a quick move leaving the property in very poor condition. Ryan came highly recommended by the flooring company I chose and I can sure see why. He is professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. He made my job a priority and had the house ready on time and on budget for my new tenant in a couple weeks.
I was so pleased with his work that I chose the same team to completely renovate my own home. Ryan was a great help translating my needs and ideas into developing my walkout basement, always offering several ideas and price points, and added a few nice little touches to improve things. He is very fair on his pricing, and honest. I had a family emergency halfway through the reno and considered shutting it down until it was resolved but Ryan just took over and worked with very little supervision finishing early and under budget. I am extremely happy with my home and really appreciate Ryan's attention to detail, I highly recommend Ryan and e3 Construction and definitely plan to hire them for all my home construction needs.

I recently just finished developing my basement through E3 Construction dealing with Ryan. Ryan has been an excellent contractor. He was refereed to me throw word of mouth. His work ethics were phenomenal. He is highly professional, efficient and his work quality speaks of itself. He means what he says and deals with all situations greatly. What I like the most is his honesty, going above and beyond his way to ensure he doses the best work possible, cleaning their mess by the end of the day so when we go down to check what they have done; it is all nice and clean and he always looks for ways to save you money.
If you are looking to develop your basement, hands down he is the right man. I can write pages on his great customer service, however, give them a call and feel it.
