Left our basement incomplete. when started the job last week of June 2013, he promised to finish it in 3 weeks. and now we are in 2nd week of Oct 2013 and the job is still not done because he kept blaming the delays on his sub-contractors and city inspectors.
Its been 3 weeks now and he wont answer our phone calls, text or emails. we are planning to take legal action against him.
that's to funny , you didnt say anything about all the extras I did with out pay, And the rework i had to do because of your house manufacture ripped up a finished stair, and not even mention about the illegal apartment in the basement that you tried to get me to install door on, But I guess thats not important. And please by all means take legal action as the Inspector has already issued a letter to My Lawyers.
