Edmonton Sparkling Renovation

By using Trusted Pro's I found Mohamed A. Tarawally of Edmonton Sparkling Renovation. He quoted us last year on a full basement development at our home in St. Albert AB. He assured us he could deliver on what we wanted such as ceiling sound proofing, all rounded corners, finished bathroom and bedroom with walk in closet. He delivered on price too. Of the other two selected contractors Mohamed came through. He started work in August of 2014. What I can say is that the quality and care for detail was present in everything he did. Naturally no project is problem free. But when they did arise, he cheerfully and confidently found solutions that worked for us. He made sure that we were satisfied with each phase of the work as it progressed. I have learned just because he had the best price it did not mean compromise on quality or service. He really came through for us. We are presently enjoying our basement a great deal. Mohamed and his team gave us exactly what we wanted. I could go on telling stories about how well it went but I hope this review helps anyone deciding on a great contractor that delivers value, quality and trustworthiness. Friendship too. Has done good work at a reasonable rate.

Courteous and friendly, professional, cleaned up everything once done, at affordable price. Based upon my uploaded photos of what was to be demolished accompanied with brief description, they provided very accurate estimate of the overall cost, no hidden last minute surprises, even gave a fairly good estimate of time of completion. They were contracted to do this main job, but when they arrived, at the last minute I piled on top few other projects, and they courteously consented to them as well. Although there was no prior estimate of cost and time for these last minute ones, they were within reasonable bounds. Great service, at a good price, flexible to go the extra step, definitely recommend!!!

Due to a slow leak from an improperly installed toilet in our ensuite for several years, our subfloor and tile board needed to be replaced and the ceiling below needed to be repaired. Moe quickly responded with a quote and started work shortly thereafter. More of the floor needed to be repaired yet the additional cost was still very reasonable. The floor was repaired and seems to be solid. Thankfully we had leftover tiles from when the house was built and the tile job is as good as new. The reinstalled toilet had a minor leak issue that we were able to easily fix - Moe did come over ready to fix this so no worries about any follow up. The ceiling looks great for a patch job. They cleaned up each time with most cutting done outside. We will need to touch up some paint which is minor. We definitely recommend this company for repairs.

When my wife and I bought our first home in Red Deer (which was in need of some serious repairs) and on a tight budget, we consulted a lot of contractors, but could not afford to hire none of them. The now-owner of this company was referred to me by a friend whom we were visiting and, who had just finished building his basement. We went through his basement, and decided to talk to the contractor. To cut a long story short, he was hired; the price was right, and the result we got was fascinating. He’ll be my first choice for any major makeover

I live far away from the three properties I own in Edmonton. I hired Mohamed to renovate one of them; I was very impressed and I won’t change him for any other contractor. I highly recommend him.
