Do not trust this crook, dishonest or immoral person. This guys Mohammed dos not know anything, running around like a Dog, and charging people fees, he got $500 and run a way, they delayed our project, asking too much money for nothing, ignore this company and choose the legitimate business who they know how this business works.

Contacted Mohammad Atashi in regards to a load bearing wall I wanted removed between my kitchen and living room. The home inspector had determined that this wall was load bearing and had indicated that I was looking at about $5000 to remove the wall.
When Mohammad arrived he was punctual and wasted no time in examining the homes supports. He was extremely thorough and even went into the attic amidst all the insulation and dust. He spent at least an hour making sure all his calculations were correct.
When he was just about finished I asked, "so what kind of beam am I going to need to support this area?" He replied that I may not need a beam and this may not be a supporting wall. He just had to look over all his calculations to make 100% sure.
The next day he gave me the good news that it was not a load bearing wall and can be removed. He explained that this roof was an built from engineered trusses and is very strong.
By making the call to Mohammad he save me thousands of dollars and I couldn't be happier with his work.

Repair, or replace. We chose to repair a deck with the good advice from Mohammad. After a site survey the repairs were done to code to justify civic requirements.
