Professional from start to finish from coming out to take measurements for the estimate, answering questions, to finding out what was happening during the virus shut downs to the installation of the product and it all went as smooth as possible and the end results look great and is a superior product in my opinion. We love the look and the overall finishing touch it adds to our house. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone interested in a quality product priced right.

Last fall e contacted 3 firms to g8ive us a quote for a new fence . Only 2 of the 3 actually showed up and Only Brandon had his quote back top me that very same day . It is all installed now and looks GREAT . Very happy with the job and would recommend Brandon and his company to anyone needing a fence .

As an update to my previous review, the owner of Elegant Aluminum contacted me last week (6 months after our fence work began). He apologized profusely and explained to me that he had entrusted one of his employees with the responsibility of overseeing the completion of our fence and apparently an oversight had occurred. Nonetheless, the owner took full responsibility for the mistake (as it is his business) and offered to come out personally and complete the fence at no charge to me. He did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the completed job. Although the whole job took a lot longer than anticipated, the fence now looks great. I very much appreciate the fact that he ultimately came back to complete the job when many others may not have.
