I hired Elemental Restoration recently to help clean mould from my basement. Not only did they have the cheapest price, they found out the source of the issue was just a little bit of moisture seepage due to my grading being negatively sloped towards the house. It was a simple fix and I almost spent thousands of dollars for basement water proofing.
