Very pleasant person to deal with Until.
The time slot for compilation was great, five weeks was quoted. we ordered Maple door and drawer fronts. The cabinets arrived installation started the white doors and drawer fronts were getting a lot of black marks on them and the doors were chipping, after a close inspection we realized that we had received MDF doors and inferior quality paint. Now the denial started on what we ordered, can't get drawers made the right size to fit. Won't answer any phone calls this is now 11 weeks later his last reply was sue me. All our paper information says Maple doors and drawer fronts.
This couple started the process of a complete kitchen renovation without following our advice. We recommended that they hire a contractor but instead they claimed they could handle the challenges. They asked that we recommend sub-trades such as the plumber, electrician, painter, etc. We were happy to oblige. They complained about each trade and tried to hold us responsible for trying to help them. They used a family member for the demolition and then proceeded to try and accuse us for not testing for asbestos and threatened us in the process. They discovered large gapping holes in the walls once the cabinets were removed (by a family member). Meanwhile they were the contractor. They took no responsibility for looking over the drawings and for accepting the quote that Elite presented to them for the cabinetry. They requested several modifications after the work was underway and refused to pay additional costs claiming they misunderstood. We accommodated all of their requests, losing any profits. Once they denied approving the use of MDF material instead of maple for their doors and drawer fronts, which were completed, they again threatened us with legal action and refused the reception of the final product (doors & drawer fronts). At this point our hands were tied!
