A wrong toilet - high pressure - was installed and then there was toilet deposits and smell in bathtub. Gary and Dan changed the toilet for a regular one and the problem was solved.
My second toilet leaked because of a crack on it. Dan changed the toilet and all is now working perfectly well.
I did not like the automatic lid and they kindly came back to change it.
I highly recommend this company : Dan is a pleasant and highly professional worker.
Every time the company came very quickly to fix my two problems. It is the best company in Ottawa after using different ones.

I was really pleased with the service. I did not have to wait long before a plumber was sent to my home. The repairs were done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Dan, the plumber was polite, helpful and professional. The cost of the repairs was really reasonable. I am sure that if I need a plumber in the future, I will call this company.

Getting help from Environmental Plumbing was a great experience all around. They made an effort to squeeze me in at the last minute and with a smile. The work was done quickly, competently while following sanitary guidelines. The rates were very reasonable. As a great extra, both people I dealt with were friendly and had a good sense of humour. I now have them on speed dial!

Got a leaking toilet repaired from Environmental Plumbing. Very professional service. Arrived on time and completed work within 30 minutes, professionally and hassle free.

They were very friendly and cautious, given the pandemic we are suffering. They cleared the pipe and gave us a free water sensing alarm to help with any future problems. They also sold us some environmental friendly drain cleaning solution that will help keep the drain clear.
I would highly recommend this company to all.

I have used Gary for some (not too complex) plumbing issues at our house. Both times, Gary and his team have been incredibly responsive and professional. Workmanship and quality is great, team friendly and work completed when he said it would be. Would recommend Gary to anyone.

The older gentleman Charlie (I believe) was awesome as was his younger partner.

We hired Gary to install a new dishwasher (which included unhooking the old one), and are completely satisfied with the service provided. As well as doing quality work for a reasonable price, Gary & his helper were very respectful of our property (including taking great care not to mark up our hardwood floor) and super-friendly. Communication throughout was excellent.
