Rich was great! Pleasant, well-mannered and professional. Rich always had great ideas and was up for any challenge I threw at him! And he took all the debris away at the end of each day. When it came to the "big reveal", he even staged the space for me! It was a wonderful surprise.
The scope of the work included putting a beautiful suite in my basement which allows me to generate good monthly income!
I highly recommend Rich for any job!

Rich was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was very professional and gave me a written estimate in a timely fashion. All work was completed and the condo was left spotless.
