My LG refrigerator decided to conk out 2 weeks shy of 5 years old. I contacted LG direct to schedule service. Within an hour of scheduling online, I received a call from Denton of EW Appliance Repair. He attempted to get at it the next morning at 10 but, because I work full time I had to have an afternoon appointment. We agreed on a set time/day and on that day, Denton showed up as promised.
This guy is great! Personable, clean, was willing to take the time to explain his process and more importantly, very respectful of myself and my home. A true gentleman!
Repair was extensive (compressor replacement) and I could see he was taking his time to ensure he did the job right.
Unfortunately I experienced a semi-related additional freon leak. I sent Denton a picture of a non-frozen ice cube tray on the weekend. He called me and scheduled for this morning (Monday) for a return visit. My neighbor let him in and called me afterwards. All good now.
My neighbor took a moment in our conversation to tell me how professional and personable Denton is. Something has to be said about that!
Kudos to Denton and EW Applicance Repair. I can honestly say they will be getting my referral and recommendation.

We had fabulous service from EW Appliance Service. They were prompt in responding to us and in fixing our issue. Denton was excellent! He was here quickly, he was helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend them!

We liked the service that Denton from EW Appliances provided. He was the complete opposite of most repairmen we have met, in that he was VERY polite, well spoken, and was not condescending at all. Our stove was fixed in no time! He made sure we understood the invoice and reasons for cost. We would definitely use his services again and we would recommend him to our friends and neighbours. Our only complaint was that he was very late, but that is common in that business.

TL;DR - They came out for a service call, didn't fix the issue, and then literally ghosted me.
Had them in for a warranty call on an LG refrigerator. The technician inspected the fridge and ultimately concluded that the fridge wasn't cooling because I had food too close to the vents. I removed everything from the fridge and surprise, 12 hours later it was still warm inside.
I called the office to explain the problem still persisted and they told me someone will call me back. No one ever did. I left messages at the office and with the technicians phone.
No one made any attempt to get back to me.
Turns out the issue was related to the door sensor. Complete waste of time and still can't believe these clowns ghosted their customer.
