In August 2019 Exterior Systems responded quickly to my call for repairs needed to a section of the eavetrough over a window of my house. Albert Tyson's evaluation quickly determined that the work required was much more than I had assumed. Albert explained the needed work very well and, since I am an engineer, I was readily able to understand the need.
Note - Upon meeting Albert when he responded to my call, I was please to remember that he had installed 3 new windows in our house a few years previously.
The work this time involved extending the roof eave over the window of concern (not one of those mentioned above). The roof shingles were in need of replacement (about 15 years old) and since new shingles would be needed on the extension, it was agreed that it was advisable to re-shingle the whole roof as part of the job. Exterior Systems arranged a roofing contractor for that job. Fortunately, the roofer was readily available for the work. They did a quick, clean and complete job.
Albert's work extended to some re-insulating around the subject window which, during the very cold weather period of the following January, we found to be very effective.
The exterior work went very smoothly so we were able to add some interior refinishing around the subject window (nicely done, too) and some wallboard and insulation replacement in the attached garage.
We were very pleased with the repair work of Exterior Systems. Albert and his crew are excellent tradespersons and I have no hesitation in recommending them (Exterior Systems) for any work of the type done on our house. In fact, my experience with Albert allows me to recommend Exterior Systems for any work that they are willing to undertake; i.e., Albert would not undertake work for which he did not feel qualified or capable of performing properly.

Exterior Systems was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking to have my windows and exterior doors replaced. I have to say that Albert and his team totally exceeded my expectations. Albert really knows what he is doing. He answered my initial inquiry almost immediately. He and his team were prompt, reliable and personable. As well as replacing the windows and doors, they removed and replaced the blinds, trimming some to fit. They also painted the window trim. The installation was seamless. After nine months and some nasty winter weather I am pleased to report that the new windows look great and are toasty warm. I absolutely do not hesitate to recommend Exterior Systems.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the look and finish of the Sunroom and the extra square footage that the room provides. Shade from the hot summer sun and a refreshing place to enjoy the outdoors while a sun shower or rain passes by.

We had a fabulous experience with Albert and Lisa and getting our windows replaced. I started out with just 3 windows and we picked the worst ones- I couldn't get my patio door open hardly and the kitchen window you could feel the draft. My basement windows Albert said might as well not be there- I was losing so much heat. The finished product was incredible. The smoothness upon opening, finishing around the window and no drafts!. I kept adding three more windows until I was so happy with them -that I decided to get all the windows and doors done. I was very happy to see my heating bills go down as well.
The efficient work, completion on time and a Bonus was how personable both Albert and Lisa are to deal with.No clean- up was needed on my part as well.

This is a transferable warranty. If a defect occurs, proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a paid invoice, Then Exterior Systems will determine to do one of the following: 1.) Replace defective component(s). 2.) Repair defective component(s). 3.) Refund the original purchase of the defective component(s) or product.
