Fast, but most importantly honest. Called the 800# appliance guys and they told me I needed a new drain pump. I bought the pump and when the Fast Eddie's tech opened up the machine, found the current pump was just plugged.
2 hours of service cost less than the price of the 1/2 hour from the 800# guys.
Dependable, quality service.

The repairman examined the situation and concluded that the basket was broken and it needed a tub job. Gave the honest opinion that due to estimated high cost of labour and time it was not worth repairing it.
