We loved the experience of building with FC Developments. They were professional and helpful through every step of our home building process. Owen and Ivana made us feel like they were building a home for themselves. They were with us from financing until the day we moved into our fully completed home. When problems arose, as they do with a build, Owen made sure they were solved in a timely manner and to our standard. Owen has a gift for organizing a build so that there is no time wasted, in fact it was finished ahead of schedule. And the original budget was realistic, so much so that we were under our budget while still getting all that we wanted. We are incredibly happy with our custom built home and enjoyed the process so much that we would even do it again!!
