I met with Felix from FCR Construction to discuss replacing an old and out-dated kitchen back splash in my home and to re-position a few wall cabinets . Out of the many contractors who came to give me quotes I found Felix to be the most pleasant and professional person I dealt with. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided me with suggestions for the project that I didn't even think of. His quote for the project was very reasonable so I decided to hire his company.
Felix arrived at the agreed date. He kept his work area clean as he was working and kept me constantly informed on how the project was progressing. I could tell that he takes pride in his work and he did not cut corners to get the job done faster. He took his time and, in my opinion, did the job right the first time.
The end result is a beautiful and professional looking back splash that I could not be more happy with. I am glad that I decided to hire FCR Construction and I strongly urge everyone to talk to them for your next renovation.

We met with Felix to discuss our ideas, we found him to be aware and considerate of our wishes, he was and understanding with helpful advice in planning the renovation. We agreed on a start date for the renovation and his crew arrived as agreed, they were very thoughtful and careful in the demolition process and willing to work around our needs. The work was completed on time and very professional throughout the renovation. We have no reservation in recommending FCR Construction as a renovation construction company.

| Warranty | FCR Construction will warranty the work performed for 1 year. This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows: 1. To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner named above. 2. To the construction work that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse. 3. To the construction work that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by others. 4. That contractor be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his agent. 5. That contractor shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective construction at no cost to owner within a reasonable period of time. 6. Under no circumstances shall contractor be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the construction defect |
