My project included 2 main work fronts.
First cutting the basement concrete to create a separate entrance door and then develop the basement itself. The quote for the separate entrance was way less than what I had seen shopping around and also Morley is an old fox so I trusted him and his team to do the job.
They handled digging, concrete cutting and pouring concrete for the stairs and retaining wall.
For the basement development, things went also smooth, they helped with city permits ( electrical, plumbing) as well. Morley, Gregg and their guys did a very good job.
I was working away and not being at home most of the time, but only few minor stuff were modified on my request after coming home.
The finished basement and the separate entrance is a high quality job.
Cons:The budget.
It ended up nearly 60% overbudget from what they had told me in the initial quote that they could do the basement for. But with the quality of the work, I did not make it an issue.
If you need professionals, you 've got them. High quality work. but watch for the budget.
Again, thank you Morley and Gregg for the great work, I will call you guys again if I need some renovation or modifications.

There quote was way less than what they gave me as a bill and the work was sub par. I hired a contractor so that it would be done professionaly and I now have to fix all the screwups there is air leaking in around the door frames I am not impressed with his work at all
There was no quote, it was an estimate. Estimate was 3 hours per door x rate. Estimate also stated if time was less, charge was less, if time was longer owner charged set rate. Old stucco house, out of plumb, old door sizes, Doors took 8 hours per door, we just wanted our wages, Very disappointing when you do work for people that think they know more than you and then do not pay.
