From the initial quote and consult to the finishing touches, the project was well executed and delivered the expected quality. Jorge promptly replied to any emails or telephone calls and all concerns were dealt with immediately. He kept me up to date with the progress, changes and decisions that were required throughout the project. Helpful in selecting the products and in guiding me through the entire process. Jorge became my trustworthy advisor. He gave me honest opinions and consulted me when I needed advice. He made sure that I was completely satisfied. I needed to install a new basement bathroom from scratch in the home I just moved into. I met Jorge after interviewing other contractors and instantly had a good feeling. Jorge approaches his work with honesty, fairness and transparency, to which I have immense respect. These qualities are rare to find in contractors. Jorge and his team are good communicators, very easy to work with, well organized and accommodating to requests and adjustments that I added. With a challenging space to work against, Jorge and his team always found a way to deliver as promised. He adhered to my budget and was always quick to communicate any issues/changes that needed to be reviewed. The team always ensured I was well aware of any required changes before implementation, with a stellar work ethic and ability to adapt. I am very pleased with the outstanding effort and customer service provided by Ferreira Contracting, the quality of their work is outstanding. Which by the way we love! He gave us regular updates as to how we were doing with the budget we set. We are very grateful we found Jorge to do our renovation.

Jorge was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable as to how to accomplish what we wanted/needed to do, options available to us in terms of how to do the project and/or materials to use and was able to adjust on the fly. Jorge was always available to discuss the project when we needed to.

We had started the project before COVID-19 caused shutdowns, but with the shutdowns, we were limited in what we could do for a period of time. Jorge was understanding and patient during this time and got the project back on track as soon as we were allowed to continue. It did take a bit longer to complete due to COVID, but Jorge had estimated the time accurately and we finished upon the revised schedule.

Jorge and his teams work was fantastic. We had installed a new kitchen (with all new plumbing), a new bathroom, soundproofed the ceiling, installed washer & dryer sets with new plumbing, new lighting, an egress window and a host of other items. The space was transformed and looked fantastic!

Ferreira Contracting, Owner Jorge Ferreira is a pleasure to work with. I have a 90-year-old house and his team has come to the rescue after a lousy attempt at finishing my basement by Exer Construction Inc. after it was underpinned. His crew's framing of the basement was precise and they took the time to both repair and enhance the property. Ferreira Contracting clearly pride themselves on delivering a high standard of craftsmanship and service. The workmen show up on time and are polite. They are also trustworthy and respectful of one's home. Jorge is great on making excellent suggestions as to how to finish the basement and is helpful in sourcing materials. In all, I am will continue to work with Ferreira Contracting to complete the basement renovation, including building me a removable set of stairs and finishing the egress window by incorporating it into the basement weeping system. I will have them back in spring to build my front porch and a new garage next year. I heartily and highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the work done on our bathroom, especially with a less than positive experience with our previous contractors. Jorge was very trustworthy, has market-competitive pricing on the agreed upon work, and was punctual and reliable. He and his crew made sure to be very respectful of our home and went out of his way to be very helpful. His work was phenomenal and we are very happy with the quality. We will certainly hire him again in the future.

I liked that Ferreira Contracting responded promptly reviewed the scope of the work required and provided a quote. Jorge was knowledgeable and quickly understood the work required. Since there was a tenant in residence and this was the only bathroom he was cognizant of that and worked as best as possible around the needs of the tenant. After starting the work some nasty surprises were discovered and Jorge came up with the solutions to mitigate the additional costs. Overall the job came in on time and target. We would call Ferreira Contracting again should we need that type of service again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Jorge is amazing. What can i say .... this was a great experience. The bathroom renovation was seamless from start to finish. Everyday he and his crew cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. They brought their own mats and drop cloths to ensure cleanliness. They were clean in appearance and very polite. Everyday they showed up promptly at 9am as we agreed. My bathroom actually turned put better than i expected. I already recommended them to my friend in Barrie. We are very happy with our new washroom.

I was impressed with the workmanship and knowledge Ferreira Contracting provided us, with an outstanding job well done. Our kitchen turned out beautiful and bright, with the new window he had installed, fresh new flooring and a wall removed. The workers did this all in a timely manner. We had an expectation of the job being a month, but they finished a week in advance, and most importantly within our budget. I would and will recommend Ferreira Contracting for any future renovations.
