Firmbuilt Contracting and Design

I started out asking Firmbuilt to do complete renovations on my bathroom and kitchen. I was so pleased with the work that Larry and his team did that I added further renovations throughout my condo. What made their work so excellent was that they were able to handle unexpected complications and turn them into a lovely end result. The extras were part of the service - like cleaning up before leaving each day, their friendliness and willingness to adjust to my changes, their helpfulness and creativity with ideas for making my condo look better as well as feeling I could trust them in my home when I was not there. I love the new look and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to do renovations in their home.

We have an older house (1957) and the piping in the bathroom on the second floor started leaking. We took it as a sign to have a long-overdue renovation done. Larry and his team were wonderful. They were always on time, and took care to leave the house clean each day before they left. They offered advice and guidance as I made finishing decisions. Larry himself even ran out to the store a time or two to grab something I had forgotten. He went over and above. If you are looking for someone who really exemplifies the meaning of Customer Service then call Firmbuilt. They are honest and talented! I even had them come back the next year to renovate our basement.

I was very pleased with the work done on my home. They took the time to walk me through what was happening and gave honest options and options. They were always on time. Great work.

Firm built contracting and design job they did at my place was very nicely done. They give good quotation. Job was finished on time and if any thing needs to be replaced they give advise. Very happy with the job they did for me. I will certainly recommend form build contracting. They are very professional.

I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Larry and his team at Firmbuilt Contracting and Design. They did a wonderful job on our basement renovation and went above and beyond what our expectations were. They were very professional, fast, clean and did excellent work. Our renovations included ripping out old flooring and baseboards and painting, there was never a mess, they did an amazing job at keeping things tidy throughout the renovation. The new flooring, along with the other areas of the renovation really helped improve the look of our home. We will be contacting Larry and his team again to help with other renovations.
