Fitch Electrical Contracting

Tim Fitch, of Fitch Electrical Contracting, did excellent interior lighting design and electrical work as part of my basement renovation project. Tim provided great advice on lighting placement and materials, including placement of high quality low profile potlights. His careful attention to detail in doing the kitchen valance lighting work was very impressive. Tim installed my OTR microwave, built-in electric fireplace, 6-unit integrated smoke alarm system and furnace duct smoke alarm. He also re-wired my basement with all new wiring, plugs and switches, and even redid some of my electrical box. Over the course of Tim's work he discovered several building and fire code violations and safety hazards that he promptly resolved for me.

In terms of soft skills, Tim was very friendly, fun to work with and very courteous and respectful. He ended up doing work for my sister as well. I highly recommend Tim Fitch for all your electrical needs. He is first-class and an extremely gifted electrician.

I have used Fitch Electrical contracting on two different occasions. The first was a kitchen renovation in 2013. This renovation seemed straightforward and Tim’s suggestions and design were what we were looking for. However as the renovation proceeded wiring issues were uncovered and immediate action was taken. Corrections were made; inspectors called in and validated the work completed. Since this renovation I have moved and invited Tim to install custom LED custom design lighting in my new kitchen and hallways, outdoor lighting and have plans to call Fitch Electric back.
