We thought we were getting a top notch shed for the money we spent. When the shed 12x10 was built at the house it was not what I would call worthy of the samples that were on display. After work I saw what was there and was not impressed. Very sloppy workmanship. Angles were not cut true, 1/2 inch up to 3/4 inch gap on the roof at the peak. Remember this is a shed. Hinges on the doors are very low rate, small decorative. The latched that secure the door are no more than 1-1/2 inch similar to what you would have on a small storage box. If you think you are getting professional carpenters for this you are not. This was right from the owner. Too many more items to mention. I would not allow them to make a dog house. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I knew this before we spent so much money.
