I have hired this builder to build a commercial building. He has provided his quote. I paid in advance however after some time, he sent me a revised quote stating the material cost has increased. I agreed on the revised price. However, after some time, he again backtracked on his promise and asked for a new quote. This time I realized, he is not the right guy for the job. He is only interested in taking his cut from the payment. I have paid > $51,000 and I have only a development permit in hand.

I was very pleased with the work that Prince did installing my laminate flooring. He removed the old flooring and installed new on my entire main floor. He was very efficient and reliable and got in done in just 4 days. I have decided to do my stairs now and have requested him to come back. That says a lot when you hire the contractor back. I would recommend him.
