Bob installed laminate flooring in living room. Tore out old broadloom and replaced with laminate. Looks fantastic. Bob did an excellent job. He was always on time and was very meticulous. He certainly knows what he is doing. Will recommend him to anybody wanting a change. Bob was wonderful.

Excellent job! We are very happy with Bob's work - during the work, he maintained the place clean, did amazingly precise job of laying the tiles the way we wanted. This is the second tiling job Bob did for us and both times, we were happy.. couldn't be happier.

My boyfriend and I had hired Bob to originally stain our oak staircase. Upon looking and reviewing what he had to work with he offered and was egar to install our maple hardwood floors and it was agreed that he would do both. Bob's pricing for labour and work was fair and honest and a lot less than what the original contractors we were planning to hire were offering. Some people would think that for such a decent price for all the work to be done, craftsmanship and quality would suffer, however it did not. He did such a great job with the staining and chose a stain that compliments our hardwood very nicely. His work on the hardwood floors was also excellent, more than what we have hoped for. He was always on time and worked well within the timeframe he provided us. Addressed and fixed any concerns that we had and overall went beyond our expectations. Very courteous worker and made sure that we were 100% satisfied before he completed the job. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to have staircase refinished and hardwood installed. This was our first time hiring a contractor after doing a lot of research and he went beyond our expectations.

We actually had Bob do the work while we were away on a vacation.....talk about trusting! My father-in-law was in to check on him and found him to be hard working, courteous and detail oriented. When we returned home, we were very pleased with the quality of Bob's work. He refinished our oak staircase in a darker stain. We would highly recommend Bob!

Bob recently completed a 400 square foot installation of hardwood flooring in our family living/dining room. It was a small job and I knew a lot of contractors wouldn't be interested in a job of this size but when Bob visited our home to survey the floor and provide his quote I knew he was keen to do the work and he won my confidence right off the bat. The quality of his work was excellent as was his attention to detail and his willingness to work around our family's busy schedule. As such we are looking forward to working with Bob again on a staircase treatment and possible bathroom renovation. I strongly endorse Bob's work.

I am quite happy with Bob's work at my house. He installed maple hardwood on my 2nd floor and also gave my stairs a great make over.

Bob is probably the best handyman I came across. He built our garden shed from scratch, including the base and roof. He would not stop until the job was finished - high standards, excellent quality and workmanship. I will hire him to do my hardwood flooring as soon as I save enough money :-)

Bob from Floor Designers made my laminate floor in living room and kitchen (total 825sq.f.). I am very happy with his job; it was done sooner than I expected and in really high standard. The price I paid was less than estimated, due to saved material. If I need any services in the future, I will hire Floor Designers again.
