Very professional from the time of booking to the day of moving. My moving was happening during a very difficult time in my life so I was grateful that everything went smoothly. The movers themselves were very friendly and were very careful during the entire move. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. It was suggested I provide pictures which was a great idea since what I was quoted is what I ended up paying. Thank you! I would definitely recommend their services.

Quoted $650 for the move, was charged $1050 even after sending pictures, providing the storage unit size and listing the two large items that needed to be moved - an oak dining room table and a treadmill. No bed, no sofa, just light boxes (filled with kitchenware and clothes) equivalent to half of a 10x10 storage unit. Nothing changed from the time of the quote but somehow the charges skyrocketed. When I called to review the bill, i was told the person on the other end didn’t have the bill on hand so didn’t know why the cost had gone up so much. But they were able to charge my credit card within minutes... was told I’d get a call on Monday to review the bill. Call never came but the payment posted to my Visa. Sad because I opted to go with this company rather than another because of the good reviews... and the other company only quoted $350 for the move! Horrible experience, would not recommend. As an aside, I’ve noticed they have the exact same 5* reviews posted by multiple users... seems a little sketchy. Buyer beware!

I needed experts to help me move and I hired Fluent Moving for that. I also hired them to pack as well. Junior and Kyle handled the pack and the move. I was stressed about packing but they handled it so well. I did not have to worry about anything. And they were so quick with what they did. I really appreciate the services I got from them. As for the move, it was completely hassle free. All my stuff made it safely through. Kudos to the team!
