This guy is nothing but a thief. Started framing my house, a max of 6 weeks project, took him more than 6 months couldn't finish it. Does not have any skills. Took our money, gave us so much trouble and we are still awaiting court. Unprofessional, has no clue what he is doing.
There is not a day that I don't have bad wishes for this thief!!!

Complaint: Allan Tawachi hired me at $27/hour as a manager to help him start his countertop business in 2014. A week later he reduced my pay to $25. Then after a couple weeks, he tells me that I have to become a contractor. then two months later he starts not paying in full and failed to pay any of his employees at Christmas 2014 while he was vacationing in Florida with his family. for the next three months, he failed to pay on time, if at all. Then he said he was withholding for WSIB. Not true. He was making mistakes on framing projects, not reading the drawing correctly, costing thousands of dollars and refusing to accept any corrections before his mistakes were made.
He started hiring employees that weren't capable and that wouldn't recognize the mistakes.
He was taking deposits and using them to finish other projects. When advised of that as being an issue, he stopped calling and refused to pay.
As an employer, he never supplied a T4.
I have met many of his clients.
