After meeting with several contractors to develop our basement we chose Focal Point as we were very impressed with Matt right from the start. Matt is a true professional in every manner from start to finish. Focal Point Construction earned our business in the way he presented himself, showed up when he said he would. Walked through our basement gave us input as to our vision was, quote was presented date that was stated. In quote broke down the costs and gave us a timeline from start to finish, at the end everything he said he would do was done professionally.

As we had just moved to Beaumont with no knowledge of contactors and trades we have been very fortunate to have Focal Point complete our basement. Matt is a true gentlemen, professional in every thing he does, explained development start to finish. If we had any questions or concerns Matt communicated openly. Matt provided a fully itemized breakdown of materials, labour, and related costs, so we were fully informed about every aspect of the project before he started. We experienced water damage and hired Focal Point Properties, Matt, to remove carpet, underlay, paneling and insulation. We were very impressed with the quality of work. He was on time and when he left for the day, the job site was meticulously clean. We have further booked this company to do our basement renovation.
