Possibly the worst team I have dealt with. Job is total shit, crappy finition, overpriced quote for simple exterior door installation job. Issues with work done brought up during "completion", not corrected by contractor advising that it would be a warranty repair when it is just a poor installation problem. Refusing to correct unless fully paid. Left job and never returned when he told me he would go to store for material. Water coming in at bottom of door because a gap inappropriately "fixed" with a sweep. A total joke, asking for their money and refusing to show me the material purchase receipts, made up an amount of $590 when I tried to settle the contract offering a certain labour amount. I had to get an inspector coming and give me a report, contacted manufacturer to have their opinion on door/frame and another contractor to get that mess fixed properly before winter and before it damages my floor. All of them with same opinion on poor quality job. The inspector stated: The whole frame was improperly installed, not square and plumb all around, top hanging which could sag and prevent door to open in the future. Now threatening me to send account to collections or bureau of credit. I did pay a 30% at start of job which amply covers material cost. BBB complaint was made. Don't be fooled by Jeremy, he presents himself very well and looks very professional, he does not have much experience as he stated himself about gap along latch side: "I'm out of solutions"...

In response to this consumer's claims:
Should the photos provided have been an honest and accurate representation of the renovation that was carried out, there would be no contention and the consumer's discontent would be unquestionably valid. However, these photos were absolutely not taken at the time of the project's completion and absolutely do not represent the way in which we left this consumer with her new door. The consumer signed a contract which included the cost of the project, prior to installation. Unfortunately once the final invoice was provided, the consumer refused to issue payment. The consumer expressed a concern only with the weatherstripping between the door and the door frame, which we agreed to correct. Unfortunately, the consumer declined our return to correct the issue.
It is absolutely true that we are insisting on receipt of payment for the renovation that was carried out as contracted. We are comfortable with it being known to all potential consumers that we do expect payment as promised, for delivery of their renovation. We stand by our workmanship with confidence, and this project was no exception. To counteract the inevitability that there will be occasion where a return visit is needed to make an adjustment or correct an issue, we provide a 1-year workmanship warranty to our clients as assurance of our promise that we will leave our clients happy with their renovation.
We welcome any readers to visit our Facebook page to view a sample of our work, including a recent exterior door installation that we carried out which was shared by one of our clients. You can also visit our website to learn more about us. Thank you, readers, for your time in reviewing our response and we hope to hear from you regarding your renovation needs!
