Fast, honest, on time, clean, phenomenal. Best work we have ever had done. Will only now deal with Peter Belliveau. Peter came up with innovative ideas, provided working sketches and ensured that I was aware as soon as possible of any necessary changes etc. Everyday all was cleaned up and there was never a feeling of living with construction. His estimates are honest and will cover all situations so that if there is a surprise it is always that it did not cost as much as estimated never that it has gone over budget. Currently have Foxtail renovatting the main floor bathroom and flooring in hall, and kitchen. More than pleased with everything.
