We can be your general contractor for any project, or we can be the specific trade you need, if you are running your project.

Frank Clayton and Nick Clayton are a father-son team, with a family first attitude. We have worked side by side for many years, completing many quality jobs with complete customer satisfaction. Frank has been in the lumber and construction business for almost 40 years, and Nick was born into it, working under Frank, learning and training for over 15 years.

We are a full service construction company from Design to Completion or anything in between.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and doing more than we promise.

We are a small company, and that is on purpose, but we are big enough to manage almost any project in:

Residential: We have completed many projects from a window installation, to an entire home renovation and project managed and constructed a 40 unit condominium.

Commercial: We have completed renovations and new construction on many commercial buildings.

Agricultural: We have constructed many farm buildings from shop additions to 40'x80' pole buildings.

We offer a hands on design and consultation based on your wants and needs. This includes construction and layout to tile color and paint. This is a great advantage for you as you only need to make one phone call at the start of the project. Working by your side, we will take care of the rest.

We are open and direct about budgets, costs, and timelines. We will never tell you something because we think its what you WANT to hear.

We are problem solvers (not many construction projects go perfectly). We try to take the stress off your shoulders and put it on ours. All we want you to worry about is how you plan to enjoy to final result.

We don't feel the need to advertise much, as we base our work mostly on word mouth, and proving ourselves. This holds us accountable for our work and customer service and we like it that way.

Construction projects can be very stressful for the customer and we understand that fully. That is why everything we do, no matter how big or small, is in writing and signed by both you and us. If anything needs to change, as it does in many projects, it is discussed and agreed upon, written and signed before anything moves forward. We want you to feel secure and protect your investment.
