Franco & his team did a full reno of our kitchen & office including tear-down & re-building from the ground up. Franco worked closely with our interior designer & the plans she provided were followed with excellent attention to detail. We were thrilled with the outcome of our new kitchen including a more open layout, new windows & doors with better views to our backyard, heated tiling, granite countertops, all new appliances & beautiful cabinetry. The office was also extremely well done & Franco's passion for his work was apparent when he suggested that wood beams be worked into the office to carry through the theme of the house. They added a beautiful touch to the room.

I had a complete renovation of my home which took 7 months. FranklinBuilt was the contractor for this renovation. It finished on schedule and the team also helped me with a couple of additional things e.g. oven installation, once they had completed the work. Another important factor was that the price did not change despite the COVID price hikes on materials and that the finishings were more than perfect. My home is completely transformed into something better than what I expected. FranklinBuilt worked with the other areas e.g. designer, plumber etc seamlessly and if I had a problem it was handled.

FranklinBuilt did an amazing job on our dream bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet!! They listened to every detail we wanted and executed perfectly! Workers showed up everyday and communicated the the plans with us and we saw regular progress!
