Seemed like nice guys - but they took my money and ran. I have a track of email of apologies - anytime they answered the phone, the answer was "trust us" - "We will be there" - "You can count on us." They never finished any of the projects - my fault for not checking. I was away - but they claimed to have finished something, sought more money for the next project - and never finished anything. I am out over $2000 to this crew. I usually don't make mistakes on people, but I sure did on this group. I would stay away of pay them after the end of the day - I had to hire someone else to finish all the stuff they didn't.

I had planned on hiring Clayton to build my personal shop. I had asked for him to handle everything, permits included. He had me sign a form stating I'm allowing him to get the permit. He rented a Zoom Boom and off loaded my shop package end of June (2013) when it showed up. All seemed good. I gave him a cheque for $2000.00, and the rest of 2013 passed. Nothing. I'd email and call him from time to time, he assured me all was going good, he had the permits, and we we're waiting on a few odds and ends and he'd get started. Winter came and went, I contacted him in the spring, He told me that he had to "Re-Apply" for my permit, but I won't be charged for that. He thanked me for my patience and said he was behind but I'd see some action by end of July (2014). Well when August was half over, He had stopped replying to my emails, and won't return my phone calls. So I called the county office. Turns out no permits were ever pulled for my building. This irked me. I do not recommend him at all. I understand falling behind, and being late, but over a year and being lied to I don't accept.
Projects of this sort take time and the application process doesn't happen very quickly the $2000 was far from down the drain i had hired a company to come flag his property for lines and they still haven't gone to his property and rented equipment to off load his steal building witch i saved him $10000 on the purchase of his building. Unfortunately this is taking longer than expected to line up the services that need to be done before the building can be erected. They don't seem to prioritize coming out to the country so we were put at the bottom of the list. As a result of an unhappy customer i was going to take on the permit cost myself but haven't had the means to do so and they wont even look at my app till the county makes sure there are no old oil wells on his proposed building location.

They were hired by our company to frame one of our houses and after having it inspected found numourus violations to the structure and just basic framing knowledge of no jack studs in closets or doorways, walls not square or plumb, teleposts not correctly installed, missing truss hangers, cantilevers not done properly etc. Over all I encourage others not to use them for this scope of work.
It is kinda funny these guys had me build three of their bi-level duplexes and the third one i needed to hire outside help for which they said everything seemed fine when they did their walk through they even tried hiring me to do more work for them which i refused when i seen this negative review they wouldn't even return my calls to clarify what the problem was so i could offer a way to rectify the issue I've been a member of this website for a few years now and have a good relationship with almost all the customers I've acquired from Trusted Pros. As the owner operator of Gable to Gable i feel my job is not complete until every customer has a happy ending even if there was an issue during the construction process.

Great communication, showed up when they said they would and did the job quickly. Also the only company willing to take on a small but necessary repair job for a reasonable amount. We'll be keeping them in mind for larger jobs in the future.

A very competent crew who did a first rate roofing job on my house for a very reasonable price. Not only did they tear off and re-shingle the roof but they repaired all rotten wood, added a ridge vent and a few other nice features. I was so pleased I asked them to also do my garage. I would definitely recommend this crew to anyone looking for a roofing job.
