I agreed to a call out fee of $29 that would be refunded if I decided to go ahead with the work. I organized a time slot between 1-3pm for the technician to visit our property to inspect our garage door. I needed to be home to discuss and agree to any repairs prior to work commencing. What actually happened however is that the technician arrived 30 minutes early whilst I was out and called me. I advised he could speak to my wife to access the property however he was to call me, at which time he agreed to call me back in a few minutes. This is not what happened. The technician spent 10-15 minutes inspecting and tightened one screw, charged my wife $150, which he advised was the minimal charge, and left without calling me. Why did he arrive early, why didn't he call me, why did he charge me $150 to tighten a screw. I will never use this company again and do NOT recommend.

The only reason I used them my neighbour had them replace his broken spring couple of years ago and was very happy with the service. Call them same day came over, told me what the problem was, did the repair was very please with the service, that I ordered a new single door as it to was not insulated and very noisy, Vital was very professional, answer all my question, my new door arrived go installed, very happy with it, next year, getting my double door install for sure.
