After a basement flood, Gardco completed the emergency response, clean up and repair, completing some new renovations along the way. Some new designs they suggested to improve the look and use of storage space make the basement more spacious while maintaining the cozy feel. Awesome job. Thank you John.

Gardco was engaged to investigate cracking in the basement walls and perform remedial work required. They worked with an engineer to provide a workable solution.

We were introduced to John and James from Gardco through word of mouth. When we first met them we felt that this Reno will go well and it did. They are great communicators and do their best to make things go very smooth. In our case we had some of our own people doing some of the work and they accommodated all timelines. As President of condo at 3499 Upper Middle Rd in Burlington, Ontario I retained the above company to paint, update electrical lighting, carpet and flooring. It was all accomplished in a prompt and responsible manner. I also retained him to install a new ceiling and up-date the lighting in our underground garage. I found that I had good direction and contact

with John Gardner, the owner of above company. I find that all has been accomplished
