Absolutely horrible in dealings and just as bad in workmanship. They demanded part payment up front before doing anything and then they actually took my kitchen doors away and refused to return them if I didn't pay them in FULL including HST way before the job was done. I had no choice but pay them because I had other contractors booked after them to do other jobs. They brought most of the doors back and never returned to finish the jobs. I still have 4 kitchen doors missing and the laundry cupboard was not even delivered. Very sloppy job as well. I have plenty of photos. They don't pick up my calls and don't return voicemails any more. I asked for their HST number because they charged me HST, but they refused to give me an invoice and HST number.

Ahmed was very patient with what I had in my mind for my kitchen remodel. We had discussed everything and he showed me the design I had in my mind and brought it into reality within my budget. I would recommend gemstone to my friends and family for the amazing work and experience.

They are actually frauds and scammers. They managed to extort five thousand dollars more than the contracted price from me and didn't finish the job. When they took the doors away they said they are taking them to be repainted because it needed another coat of paint. Then Farooq called me and demanded that I pay him ANOTHER six thousand dollars, I told him that I would charge him with theft and he said "go ahead, I'll tell the police that you didn't pay me" - although the six thousand he demanded was five thousand over and above the contracted amount.
