I cannot express enough, my satisfaction with this company. They were extremely professional from first contact to completion and provided updates throughout as to what to expect. Paid $80 to have them come out to do a site evaluation...discussed options. Was told I would be sent a price estimate by Monday. It is now Thursday and still no word. Due to water pipes being involved I will just go ahead and fix it myself before winter comes in. They have my $80.

He acted professional, but also showed great patience while answering our questions. We would like to thank Steven once again for his much needed and much appreciated help.

One person came to take measurements and calculate how much to lift the one side. The estimate and date for the work were agreed. Two people arrived with all their equipment. These workers were polite, friendly and outstanding in explaining all that they were doing and the reasons. At the end everything was checked inside and out. Now my eavestroughs empty properly, my bathtub drains properly and doors do not close on their own. Good for the building and my peace of mind. I am truly grateful and highly recommend this company.

Last week I had two guys from Gettrue (Jordan and John) coming to my place to level my home. I’m very please with the work they’ve done. It was done professionally. I absolutely would recommend them.

We were having a problem with our summer cottage that had shifted on its foundation. Austin and his team shimmed and levelled our cottage and deck quickly, and within the estimated cost. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend the Gettrue team to anyone experiencing home levelling issues.

The skirting was quite damaged due to the ground heaving during the winter and attacks with a weed whacker. It now looks very trim, was also placed on a 2x4 base which hopefully will make it immune to the neighbor's weed whacker. The chaps who came were polite, friendly, informative and efficient. They cleaned up everything, advised us of insulation alternative - apparently mice love rock wool insulation which they took with them thank goodness - and installed the heat tape - no more frozen pipes. We are very pleased with the service. We were referred to Get True by the business who sold us out mobile home.

Was glad to have my trailer lifted if only a little bit.

Was not happy spending $2000.00 for 1.5 hours in total and within two days my trailer is just about back to where it was before.

I feel when you say you need a place leveled new blocking should be replaced. It would be like put a new tire on a bent rim.
