This is the worst company ever. I could have done a better job installing this stair runner with a blind fold. First the sales person Jeff - was awful. We tried many times to talk to mark the owner with no luck. Many times Jeff was supposed to call us back with updates but we had to call everyday to confirm what is going on. When we called about our install being completely messed up he didn't do anything just brushed us off.
We are listing our house and the agent had to call as giant carpet - did not want to help fix their messed up install. Two weeks later they realize that the install was awful after us suggesting pictures and had someone come fix it after numerous attempts of them coming to fix and numerous times taking off work to get this stupid carpet installed correctly.
I would never recommend them. Their customer service is awful and they do not care at all about their customers once they have received payment. I would suggest paying 1000% more to use another company that would have done it right the first time!
