We also do fences. a fence I built in 1990 lasted till this past summer (2022) when it was changed out for a newer design but stood for 32 years. We have a process that allows us to get the posts into the ground correctly and in line, level and looks great. A fence is expensive so it must be built.

Though I do not have the Home Inspection credential, I generally have more knowledge than the average home inspector. i also do not pollute the report with disclaimers but have more of the information you require to make the correct call on whether to purchase or not. We do all our plumbing, from under concrete floors to venting, drains, water lies with copper but mostly Pex. We will also complete all rough-ins and finishing of showers, bathrooms and kitchens. All done as per the Code.

We do all types of flooring, tiled, laminate, hardwood, plastics, etc. our floors do not come apart nor heave. I have visited floors from 20-30 years ago. They may now look a bit outdated but are still holding.

We do common element work for Condo Boards in townhouse sites and condo high rises. We will look after, be neat and courteous to the homeowners that live there. we also work safely to protect ourselves and the owners.

Need a rear yard shed, we can build that as well as a pavilion to entertain under. we do all the work in house. We use the standard 4x4, 6x6 etc. and also use the rough sawn lumber that gives that custom look.

Not too much of a request now a days, but still is a great way to vacuum your house. I have my house with central vac everywhere, love it. we do all the piping, connect the canister and make ready to use.

Painting is done in house and with straight lines as expected. We generally only use Benjamin Moore paints. we paint mostly interiors but add exteriors as well. we also do staining and urethane stairs etc.

We can revitalize your home simply by changing the casings and baseboards to change out the trim and doors. We can also make live edge wood products as well as cabinetry. What ever your ideas are.

Porcelain tiling from 12" x 24" to the large one 24" x 48" we do walls, showers, ceilings. We also do the schluter system for water proofing and heated floors.

We insulate our projects in house, we have access to blown in, batt and or spray foam. we do the vapor barrier to Code requirements and better.

We do excavation in house, make foundation repairs with a multitude of water proofing membranes and reinstate the grade. We also do injections.

We are not much a handy man set up as we do larger and more complex projects, but even small tasks can be handled. Much more than a Handyman.

Can handle a project with drawings and permits or can organize both. We can handle every aspect of the project that leaves you with less to do.

We only now do light landscaping such as some excavation, grading, sodding, rockery gardens ext. we also do interlock drives.

We drywall and tape all in house. We handle this task without using trades. Our work is top and will show photos of rooms and skylights.

Have caulked all our exterior projects in house. We can also re-caulk older homes too. Interior showers, trim etc.

We handle all our created debris from our projects. We also can come and pick you your garbage and scrap metal.

I handle the process and have a Master Electrician who carries out the work and the permits when required.

We frame from bathrooms, to basements. our walls are strong, plumb and hold over time.
