I had a custom door installed several years ago with high security multipoint locking system. Needed a lock replaced for safety precautions.
Called Global Improvement who have ordered a special lock from manufacturer and installed it professionally and quickly.

George was friendly and knowledgeable when it came to product information. He offered a few solutions as to the best way to complete the job according to my budget. He took the time to explain the products he offered and allowed me to make an informed decision. Most importantly, the job was done on time and according to my schedule.
The installers who came were excellent as well. They were courteous and quick to do the job in a professional manner. I was very impressed with the clean up after the job was completed. They cleaned the area they were working in and removed all the debris stemming from the job. I was very impressed with that.
At the end of the day, I was extremely satisfied with the job. George and his team took the time to answer all questions and concerns I had. The job was very well done. Highly recommend. Great job guys! Thank you so much

Very professional, great job, and excellent quality. I got a number of quotes, and decided to work with GIS as their price was competitive and George’s visit gave us very good impression to work with them. The mouldings inside two of my windows were fancy and I wanted brick to brick installation with those mouldings not ruined. Yurri (the installer) built the frame at my place, and did an amazingly neat job. When we had a minor issue with one of the windows, George took care of it quickly and professionally. If you go with these guys, you know that you get good quality product, and more importantly, you know that if problems come up, they are very responsive. I highly recommend them.
