I recently had a basement renovations completed by Green Key Builders. I had a few companies come out & provide me with quotes. I was very impressed with Matt when he came out to provide a quote. He spent an hour & 20 minutes with me going every detail of the job & providing me with options. I knew as soon as he left that I was going to go with Green Key as long as the quote was competitive with the other quotes. I was happy with his quote and advised Matt to move forward as soon as possible. A few days later Terry showed up to review everything. He was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the work to be done. He made sure as much usable space as possible would be incorporated into the plan. Terry & the crew were always very punctual & kept me informed on the progress of the project. They were very polite & easy to deal with. The quality of their work was outstanding. Matt & Terry had lots of patience & offered their opinions on decisions to be made along the way. I am very happy with the finished project. I would definitely recommend Green Key Builders to anyone. I will look to Green Key Builders for any future renovations.

Excellent professional service. All quotes and timelines provided by Matt were 100% accurate. Exceptional quality workmanship. The carpenter, Terry takes great pride in the work he does and it shows in the finished product. Loved it so much, we are having them coming back out to finish our loft, install deck hand rails as well as various other small projects. Would highly recommend this company.

I had reached out to Green Key Builders for work at my residence dealing with some HVAC issues, Removal of a wall and installation of a beam, some electrical work, replacing doors, replacing windows, etc.
Matty came to look at the project and quote it. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I received his quote which was more than reasonable considering the amount of work. Shortly thereafter, their crew came to my house to ge the work done. All of them were amazing guys. They would work and clean up after themselves daily. The work was completed ahead of schedule and it was excellent. They really paid attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Green Key Builders. They are absolutely knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient and a pleasure to deal with!
