These guys showed up very professional gave us a quote for 33,000 for two bathrooms. However they contracted people off the street did not pay them and got 99% of our money. We never heard from them again. They demolitioned and took off.

(Warning avoid completely!) this company and the owner whose name Hasan H Al-Saeed is simply a pure 100% scam. We had an awful experience.
They show up on the first day as professionals and offering services. Then after gaining your trust and signing a contract that looks good, they request by different excuses for more money on the first days, and after few days, Almost took 60-70% of the total money from me and after few days and just demolishing (photo before and after his job attached), suddenly he and his worker disappeared completely not answering the call, text and emails. I found many others in my neighbour and in Montreal who has the same experience with this guy. More horrible I recently found he do not pay his workers as well properly and every other day they come into my door and looking for him as he screwed them as well and run away.
Be careful and if any one with this name or nick name "sam" came into your door to give you estimation no only do not pay him anything but also report to the police ASAP.
