Stephen and Johnathan provided excellent quality workmanship, to various tasks at my home. They are polite, dedicated, and accomplished the multiple jobs in one day. They are tidy and clean up after their work is complete. I am very pleased with a job well done. Thank you Stephen and Johnathan.

During the course of three years I contacted nine different contractors to do a small siding and drywall repair at my house. Most of them said they’d do it and never got back to me. Only one came right out and said they weren’t interested.

When I spoke with Stephen, not only did he agree to do the job, he actually sent me an estimate, and a time line when he’d be able to fit me in. RIght on schedule he and his son showed up and things were underway. Even though the drywall repair was a minor one, in my mind, they came back on three additional occasions to do finish sanding and make sure it was perfect. On the siding repair they listened to my concerns about wind damage and made some adjustments accordingly. I’d recommend them any day of the week, and I’m thrilled that they were true to their word about doing the work, unlike the rest of those I contacted.

Stephen was able to come and finish our deck after we removed the boards and purchased the replacement ones he and his son installed them in a timely manner. He always informed us of his schedule and did a great job.

I found Stephen very personable and pleasant to work with. Communication was easy-he was open to ideas and challenges --reliable and easy to contact.His expertise covered many projects. He made every effort to cause the least disruption possible.

Hackner Home Improvements provided fast professional service at a very affordable rate. Two years after the roof was replaced a nasty storm hit the city. Neighbors trees had fallen, some had their siding rip from their houses, garbage cans and recycling boxes were scattered all over the neighborhood, my brother up the street had his fence blow down. My house suffered merely two missing shingles on the roof. Steven Hackner was at my house that very next day to replace them. Now that is quality service. I recommend HHI to everyone for all and any of your renovation needs.
