I hired Warren and his brother to do some framing work for me and some other small tasks on a renovation I was working on.
On the first day of them working for me, one of them shows up in "Running Shoes" and not proper shoe attire, I was given some unwillingness of him changing his shoes but eventually he did.
I found that they had a very slow work ethic, and took a lot of brakes on my time. For example, I don't think it should take 2 "Master Carpenters" 4.5 hours each to replace 1 exterior door and hardware for 2 doors.
Finally, they had a bad attitude. I confronted both of them about their snail work pace and unfortunately they did not take it so well. As I was leaving, the younger brother runs after me very violently, yelling and screaming. He complained to me that I shouldn't be bothering them and that I should buy better material. His tone was very aggressive and unprofessional. I tried my best to deescalate the situation but they decided to pack up and leave.
The quality of the work was standard, and they kept their work areas fairly tidy. However, I will not use their services again nor would I recommend them.
