Alex Biancale arrived promptly after my frantic call to Dekorte about my bathroom sinks constantly leaking and dirty water coming out of our taps and toilets after the City made an emergency water Main repair.

I shut the water to the house and was advised by the City to not use the hot water.....Alex stopped the leaks and gave me an estimate on the flushing of the water lines and hot water tank, told me what water fixtures and appliances I could and should not use, use bottled water for cooking and drinking, and will come back to do this work once the City completes the repair.

I was freaking out, but feel so much calmer now - thanks Alex!

Dekorte contacted me via the TrustedPros website regarding the installation of a toilet. I was able to schedule a consultation myself using their website and after quote was able to book installation the next day. I was notified via text (and photo of employee) exactly when he was on his way. This was appreciated as you are given a 2 hr time frame of when they could come. They were punctual, polite and professional. Installation took about 45 mins. Was told to contact them should I have any other concerns or issues. Would recommend.

Just had a toilet installation in my mobile home by Alex. I loved the experience from start to finish. Alex was very knowledgeable & could answer all my questions. He was vey neat & cleaned up everything. The price was very reasonable also for what you get. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs & will be recommending them to everyone.

Was very satisfied with their service right from their call intake to work being completed. Very professional. Keep you informed on progress and arrival of technician. Very prompt.

Jason came and did the installation of pex for a basement bathroom and upstairs laundry. I had to have them back twice because the service lines are backwards. The hot is cold and the cold is hot. Needless to say the work was amateur at best and they never checked the lines to see if they were right. I go to install a toilet and it’s hot water! This is after I had them switch the laundry lines. Do yourself a favor and DON’T hire these people... WHAT A HEADACHE!!! Thanks for nothing!
