Hellshire Renovations is a design & build company led by a professional project manager (PMP) & construction manager with over 25 years experience in construction. Hellshire Renovations specializes in renovations, general construction, project & property t management. Thus, we buy, design, build, renovate, lease & sell real property. We only hire licensed trades to executes our projects as sub-contractors to implement all your basement renovations. Hillshire Renovations is a part of Tramsone Investments Inc.

We at Hellshire Renovations & Tramsone Investments Inc. undertake the full project cycle after agreeing with the scope of work, budget, and schedule. We implement our activities from start to finish (A to Z) and leave your basement property in a clean and useable manner while working with our clients and homeowner to minimize noise and dust. We will work with the homeowner's schedule.

We will design & seek building and basement approvals and permits on your behalf. During the design process, we will consult with you and get your input and approval before submission to the city for municipal approval. Only a preliminary construction estimate can be done until the final approval of your basement is obtained.

We will work to make the renovations and improvements as hassle-free as possible. We work to ensure your satisfaction and work to the standard required of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) as approved by the city s inspectors. We also work to achieve your top satisfaction rating. To help us achieve this satisfactory performance we will communicate regularly with you and seek your regular comments and feedback.
